About the job

In the role of healthcare broker at Länsförsäkringar AB, we work for high customer satisfaction through effective healthcare brokerage. The unit is staffed by approximately 35 employees, including three team leaders and one operations manager.

The work is conducted during weekdays in the daytime. We are located in newly furnished premises in central Uppsala, east of Fyrisån, opposite the City Park.

Länsförsäkringar Health Services has been Länsförsäkringar's healthcare brokerage since January 2025. Länsförsäkringar invests in personal insurance, and the newly established service company in the Personal Risk business area, which includes the healthcare brokerage, aims to help us realize our mission - a healthier and safer Sweden.

Your responsibilities:

• Telephone and chat-based assessment and healthcare brokerage.
• Offer customers assistance from specialists in our nationwide network of healthcare providers.
• Work to achieve maximally efficient processes and satisfied customers.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Are a licensed nurse.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in practical healthcare work.
• Are well-versed in medical terminology.
• Have good computer skills and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously.

It is also advantageous if you have:

• Experience in claims handling within health insurance.
• Experience in telephone counseling.
• Relevant specialist training

As a person, you have good communication skills in both speech and writing. You are used to taking responsibility and are confident in making independent decisions. You find it easy to collaborate with others to achieve the organization's goals and are positive about developing both yourself and the organization.
